Most of us just push through change but
what if we aren’t supposed to grind through it,
but thrive through it instead?
I learned something surprising while working with thousands of leaders:
The organizations winning at change aren’t the ones with the best strategies—They’re the ones with people who’ve transformed their relationship with change itself, just as I have.
I’d love to tell you that I always had a healthy relationship to change.
But that’s not true.
In reality, season’s of change often left me feeling disconnected and unsure of myself, in a flight-or-freeze state of limbo, and questioning the “enoughness” of what I was able to bring to the table. It was like being caught in a constant spin cycle of disorientation, doubt, repeat– not exactly a winning combination for your best work.
So when your company or industry is going through major disruption, it’s no wonder why your people are scrambling with change.
And what I learned, is whether we are experiencing expected or unexpected change–
Change challenges us and can shake us, our workplace and our world to the core.
Organizations and Events I’ve worked with:
From Global pandemics
to personal loss–we experience it all.
Because Change is inevitable.
And yes, this ish does have a tendency to hit the fan but what it also
creates is a unique plot twist where we get to discover something different,
define what matters now, and develop new worlds within it.
Once I realized that–everything shifted.
For me, creating a different relationship to change looked like--
Out
with “hustling through it” ( going through the motions, and adapting every trending personal development guru’s daily routine or productivity hacks)
And
In
with creating space for change, doing the inward work and getting crystal clear about what I want, need and what matters now.
This is the recipe for the reset.
This is the recipe to thrive through change.
This is the recipe for outward impact.
When your people master this transformation, your
organization masters the future:
– Change fatigue becomes change fitness
– Reactive teams become proactive innovators
– Burnt-out leaders become breakthrough catalysts
BOOM!
(That's your people’s potential unleashing)
So Why Me?
No one really wants to sit in a room and be chastised from the stage about how they are doing everything wrong — nor do they want another snoozey speaker who reads from an overstuffed slide deck. We show up to conferences hoping for a little inspiration, a few new ideas, and whole bunch of hope that a new way forward is possible.
Choosing the right speaker is the catalyst that makes your event lifechanging for them. And I’d be honored to show you how I do that.
Let’s just say, I know how to shift a room!
“If there’s one word I’d use to describe the range of talent Tiffany Lanier possesses, I’d say it was ‘complete’.
“If there’s one word I’d use to describe the range of talent Tiffany Lanier possesses, I’d say it was ‘complete’. As a facilitator, she’s knowledgeable and disarming; as a Speaker to small or large groups, she’s captivating, warm and funny. Tiffany inspired us to own our story and challenged us to be as great and bold as we dared!”

Oh and BTW I’m a smart cookie & Performance is my life.
My unique background in communications, psychology, mindfulness, personal development, neuroscience and A LOT of life-living, chaos-induced, fetal-positioned real world experience (takes breath) has led me to what some would say and appreciate, is a non-traditional route to mastering change.
In other words, I’ve got the street cred to back my stance (and the personal field work of testing it all in my own life and the lives of my clients).
And in addition to the brain and heart behind the work, I’m also a stage performer with 2 decades of experience. You’d be correct…I was a Glee kid!
